Signal & Flow Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using Signal & Flow.

Last updated: March 2026

1. Who we are

Signal & Flow is a trading name operated in the United Kingdom. Our contact email is hello@signalandflow.co.uk. By using our service you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

Signal & Flow provides AI-powered UX and conversion analysis of publicly accessible websites. Our service analyses the content, structure, and signals visible on your pages and generates a written report with scores and recommendations.

Our analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended as guidance to inform your decisions. It does not constitute professional UX consultancy, legal advice, or a guarantee of any particular business outcome.

3. Credits and payment

Access to analyses is provided via credits purchased through our website. Most analyses use one credit per run — UX Audits, User Perspective reports, and Executive Briefings each use 1 credit. Competitor Comparison uses 2 credits per run, as it analyses two sites simultaneously.

Try Me credit codes purchased as one-off payments do not expire. Credits included with a monthly or annual subscription reset at the start of each billing period — unused subscription credits do not roll over.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Signal & Flow does not store your payment card details. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Refund policy

We want every customer to receive genuine value from Signal & Flow. If you are not satisfied with your analysis, please contact us at hello@signalandflow.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase and we will do our best to make it right — including offering a refund where appropriate.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests where credits have been used in full or where we have reason to believe the request is fraudulent.

5. Acceptable use

You may only use Signal & Flow to analyse websites you own, are authorised to analyse, or that are publicly accessible. You must not use the service to:

  • Analyse websites for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent our access controls or rate limits
  • Resell or redistribute analysis outputs as your own proprietary service without our written permission
  • Submit URLs designed to cause harm to our infrastructure

6. Accuracy and limitations

Analysis outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that are not appropriate for every situation. We do not warrant that our analysis is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the outputs at your own discretion and risk.

Our tool can only analyse publicly accessible content. It cannot assess content behind login screens, dynamic content that requires user interaction, or pages that block automated access.

7. Intellectual property

The Signal & Flow platform, branding, and software are our intellectual property. Analysis reports generated for your website are yours to use for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce or resell our platform, methodology, or software.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal & Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the credits used in that analysis.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will always display the date of the most recent update.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Contact

For questions about these terms, please contact us at hello@signalandflow.co.uk or use our contact form.
